What is DreamSiphon?

DreamSiphon is a community driven, one-man operation by Derrick Mayes II. Derrick is a designer, engineer, and car enthusiast bringing new and innovative aftermarket products to life, specifically for the Hyundai N-Performance community.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes (GST/VAT), or customs fees charged by their country.
We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
Limited-edition, custom, or made-to-order items are final sale.

What if my item has a manufacturing defect?

We stand behind everything we make.
If you believe your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, email manicambience@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll review it promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, DreamSiphon cannot be held responsible for theft or misdelivery.
If this happens, contact the carrier immediately and file a claim.
We’ll do our best to help you recover your item or offer a discounted replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, email us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

How should I care for my DreamSiphon products?

Our materials are selected for durability and longevity.

• Clean with a soft microfiber cloth.

• Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners.

• For Alcantara® products, use a dedicated Alcantara cleaner or mild soap solution.

Do you take custom requests or collaborations?

Yes, I’d love to collaborate with other designers, builders, and brands.
