I stand behind every DreamSiphon product and strive to make a premium, bulletproof experience. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll replace or refund it.

Returns for other reasons are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Limited-edition, custom, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

For orders shipped outside the USA, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes (GST) and customs fees. International returns are at customer’s cost unless due to manufacturing defect.

Please understand that DreamSiphon is a one-man operation with very limited funds and resources, but I put my all into customer support.
