DreamSiphon designs and produces limited-run, small-batch products for automotive enthusiasts.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or brand without express written permission.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions, and images. However, minor variations in color, finish, or fit may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, or screen differences.

DreamSiphon is not liable for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or outdated product information.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Taxes, shipping, and handling are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You authorize DreamSiphon to charge the payment method provided for the full purchase amount.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our facility or partner warehouse. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

DreamSiphon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

We will assist where possible but are not liable for stolen or misplaced packages.

6. Returns & Exchanges

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

  • Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage are eligible for free replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery (with photos required).

  • Limited-edition or custom products are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.

7. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

DreamSiphon stands behind the quality of its products.
If a product exhibits a verified manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site: including designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and product concepts, is the property of Manic Ambience, LLC or its licensors.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamSiphon shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
